After our walkthrough where we discuss your concerns, answer questions, and set up corner guards, carpet glides, and Seal-A-Door, this is our process.
- 01
Sweep & Remove Dry Soil
Loose dirt comes off first. No point spreading it around with water.
- 02
Wipe Baseboards
Exposed baseboards get a thorough wipe-down so we don't push dust onto a freshly cleaned floor.
- 03
Pre-Treat
A specially formulated high-alkaline solution loosens and emulsifies soils and stains in the grout.
- 04
Power Scrub
A counter-rotating brush works the tile and grout lines mechanically, releasing the maximum amount of dirt and residue.
- 05
Steam Rinse
High-pressure rotary scrub wand steam-rinses everything we just lifted, contained so it doesn't go anywhere it shouldn't.
- 06
Turbo Dry
Air movers go down on the freshly rinsed floor so it's dry quickly and ready for use.
- 07
Penetrating Sealer
Solvent-based tile & grout sealer goes in last. Doesn't change the look or feel — just makes future spills sit on top instead of soaking in.
Acrylic-waxed tile? Certain tiles come with an acrylic wax coating that needs to be removed before effective cleaning can occur. Our process involves stripping the wax, cleaning the tile thoroughly, and reapplying the wax to preserve that glossy finish.
