We can clean nearly any exterior residential or commercial surface — multi-story rooftops, greasy driveways, the works. The standard house wash specifically covers:

• Home siding (vinyl, brick, wood, stucco, fiber cement)
• Trim and decorative features
• Gutters and downspouts (exterior surface)
• Window frames

For everything except concrete surfaces, we use soft washing. Soft wash uses pressure as low as your shower head, with custom-formulated cleaning solutions that do the actual work. Effectiveness is unmatched, and we avoid the risk of high pressure driving water into vulnerable spots and causing damage.

Before we start, we walk the exterior to identify every area that needs attention.

   Protect & Prep

   Sensitive landscaping covered, obstructions cleared, fixtures protected.

2. 02

   Pre-Rinse

   Pre-rinse all surfaces to clear loose debris and cool the surface for the detergent application.

   Apply Detergent & Algaecide

   Custom-formulated detergents and algaecides go on at low pressure to fully cover all exterior surfaces. We let it sit so the chemistry breaks down stains and grime at the roots.

   Rinse

   Thorough rinse with low-pressure water removes dirt, algae, and organic growth. Note: this removes cobwebs, but it's not pest control. If you have a real bug problem, that's a separate call to a pest service.

   Cleanup

   Proper removal of any waste from the cleaning process. We leave the space cleaner than we found it.

Our 2-year guarantee. All house washing services come with a 2-year guarantee against organic regrowth on home siding. We're confident enough in the process to stand behind it.

• Curb appeal. The most obvious one. The house looks new again.
• Property durability. Mildew, algae, dirt, and mold accelerate siding wear. Removing them extends how long the exterior lasts.
• Healthier environment. Mold spores in particular shouldn't be on the side of a home where windows open into them. Removing them genuinely improves the air around the property.

Doing it yourself is feasible but discouraged. Without professional equipment, expertise, and the right purified water, it takes double the muscle work and rarely matches a pro result. Plus the risk of damage from improper pressure on the wrong surface.

A single wash gets immediate results, but if you want to maintain the look and prevent long-term damage, routine cleaning matters.

• Siding: Annually or every few years, depending on tree cover and exposure.
• Driveways & sidewalks: More often — they take more abuse.
• Roofs: Annually or at least every 2 years. Neglected roofs can lead to structural issues, not just cosmetic ones.

Most exterior cleaners crank up the pressure and hope for the best. We've seen the damage that approach causes — siding scarred, paint stripped, water driven into walls. Soft wash plus the right chemistry does a better job without any of those risks.
