Paul was amazing at getting my appointment rescheduled when my closing was pushed out two days! Before we moved in I wanted to clean all the carpeted areas and when my closing was pushed out, I called Paul and he took care of everything to get me rescheduled. It really feels like they are treating your home as if it was their own carpet they were cleaning. They are knowledgeable about their jobs and can easily explain the ins and outs.
