We handle just about everything. Most jobs take 1–4 hours of cleaning, with carpet drying inside 6–8 hours after we leave.

01
Inspect & Protect
Corner guards on the walls, neoprene mats on your floors, a door guard to keep bugs out and indoor air stable while we work.
-
02
HEPA Vacuum
Professional-grade HEPA vacuum extracts dry soil and reduces airborne allergens — including the spots vacuuming usually misses, like baseboard crevices and door jambs.
-
03
Pre-Treat
The whole carpet gets pre-treated, with extra attention paid to spots and high-use zones.
-
04
Pre-Spot
Coffee, ink, makeup, mystery stains — anything specific gets a targeted pre-spot treatment before we move on.
-
05
Pile Restoration
Our Counter Rotating Brush breaks down embedded dirt and prepares the carpet for steam cleaning. This is what actually saves a tired carpet.
-
06
Truck-Mount Steam Clean
Truck-mounted steam with fresh softened water for deep cleaning that ends with a soft, dry carpet — typically dry inside eight hours.
-
07
Mild Deodorize
A light deodorizer goes down. Not perfume — just the smell of clean.
-
08
Groom
We carefully groom the carpet, which speeds drying and keeps the pile sitting right.

09
Optional: ScotchGard Protection
Factory ScotchGard protector can be added as an option — just ask us. Think of it like wax for your car: spills sit on top, soil comes up easier with regular vacuuming. Includes a 1-Year Spot & Spill warranty against common household spills, including pet messes.

Air Movers
Turbo air movers go down on treated areas to drop dry times even further.
We recommend clearing as much as possible — personal items, lighter furniture — before we arrive. We move heavier furniture for a small per-item charge. Pianos, china cabinets, entertainment centers, and antiques stay where they are. Once air movers are running, plan on 6–8 hours before walking on carpet (longer in heavily-trafficked or extra-treated areas) so you don't undo the work.
