I'm Paul Poulos. I started Supreme Cleaning Company in 2016 with one promise: treat every home in Lake County like it's my own. Ten years later, that hasn't changed — and neither has the crew.
We answer the phone.
I grew up in Grayslake. Started working at a local grocery store at fifteen — that's where I learned what real customer service looks like, before "the customer" was a slide in a deck somewhere.
That work ethic followed me through college and into the cleaning industry. What started as a job became a craft — partly because I'm a history nerd, and the more I worked with handmade rugs and textiles, the more I wanted to understand them. Where they came from. How they were made. Why a Persian Tabriz needs a different chemistry than a Tibetan Senneh. That curiosity is still what gets me up in the morning.
We started Supreme in 2016 with a simple idea: do the work right, treat people like neighbors, and don't take on more jobs than we can do well. Three trucks, one crew, no subcontractors. Same family, same care, every visit.

Sometimes the right answer is "you don't need a treatment that big." We'll tell you. Sometimes it's "your carpet is past saving." We'll tell you that, too.
