Quality Over Volume
We'd rather do five jobs right than ten jobs fast. Every cleaning gets the time it actually needs — not the time we've allotted.
I'm Paul Poulos. I started Supreme Cleaning Company in 2016 with one promise: treat every home in Lake County like it's my own. Ten years later, that hasn't changed — and neither has the crew.
We answer the phone.
I grew up in Grayslake. Started working at a local grocery store at fifteen — that's where I learned what real customer service looks like, before "the customer" was a slide in a deck somewhere.
That work ethic followed me through college and into the cleaning industry. What started as a job became a craft — partly because I'm a history nerd, and the more I worked with handmade rugs and textiles, the more I wanted to understand them. Where they came from. How they were made. Why a Persian Tabriz needs a different chemistry than a Tibetan Senneh. That curiosity is still what gets me up in the morning.
We started Supreme in 2016 with a simple idea: do the work right, treat people like neighbors, and don't take on more jobs than we can do well. Three trucks, one crew, no subcontractors. Same family, same care, every visit.
Six things we won't compromise on. The reasons our customers — many of whom we've now cleaned for, for ten-plus years — keep choosing us.

Wool isn't synthetic. Tile isn't carpet. Vinyl isn't tile. Each job gets the chemistry, equipment, and approach matched to what's actually in front of us.
You'll see the same faces every visit. Our techs can answer real questions about your carpet, your rug, your siding — because they've cleaned a thousand of them.
Sometimes the right answer is "you don't need a treatment that big." We'll tell you. Sometimes it's "your carpet is past saving." We'll tell you that, too.
What we quote is what you pay. No mid-job upsells, no surprise add-ons, no fine-print fees. You know the number before we start.
If you're not happy, I personally inspect, we re-clean, and we make it right. No forms, no fine print — that's how my dad ran his business, and that's how we run ours.
The stuff that gets walked on, sat on, spilled on, and lived on. We clean it with the care most crews skip.
Truck-mount steam with softened water. Protector reapplied. Dry in hours, not days.

This is the second time I have used this company. They are very professional and do a great job for a reasonable price! My carpets were badly stained with pet urine as well as makeup in my bedroom...now the carpets look like new. I will definitely use this company again in the…
Helped us with one of our clients giving a marque sign a chemical bath. They did an amazing job. The first company we had out was a fail. Supreme came in and saved the day. Awesome people! Would highly recommend.
